Our sisters have been up to some amazing things this summer, check it out!
Sisters Catie Preszler, Jess Sawall, Jill Laakso, Alyssa Rosenblum, and Katie Ferraro have been helping out this summer at the George Parks Drum Major Academy at West Chester University! Sister Jess Sawall had this to say about her experience, "I am having a lot of fun getting new opportunities to teach such great kids about how to be great drum majors, teachers, and leaders! I am also learning a lot from all of the amazing educators that teach at these camps and am continually striving towards being a better educator." Way to go ladies!!

Sister Sam Phipps worked as Vocal Director at a children’s theater camp this summer! After a four week program, she and her students were able to put on a production of The Lion King Jr.! She had said "I worked as vocal director for the show Lion King Jr. as part of a four week kids theater arts summer program. This meant teaching all the kids the songs for the show, including ones in only Swahili. It helped me grow as a musician because teaching is learning, and made me a better person because kids are the most creative and open minded humans on the planet." Great job Sam!!

Sister Jess Jenkins is an Editorial Intern with the National Journalism Center this summer! She writes online for The Daily Caller and has even gone viral once! She had this to say of the experience, "This summer in DC has been such a great experience! I've loved learning about covering politics and seeing the news first hand!"

Sister Emily Ingalls says "I'm pursuing my dreams and working in Howard County School System in a program for 3-6 year olds with Autism and I worked with a 22-year-old with Autism!" Way to go Emily!
